Return Flow

All BORN garments are custom-designed and made-to-order using exclusive materials and waterproof coatings.

Due to the specialized nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59).

Size Exchanges

We offer size exchanges only within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

• The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

• All original packaging and labels must be intact.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Borntwentysiix@gmail.com with a description and photos of the issue.

We will assess the claim and provide an exchange or repair in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act (2022:260).
